Contractor earns a top spot among Utah’s most successful businesses
Unforgettable Coatings, Inc. (UCI), a commercial coatings contractor with offices in four states, was honored as one of Utah’s 100 fastest-growing businesses by the MountainWest Capital Network, Utah’s largest business networking organization. This year, UCI was among the 2020 MountainWest Utah 100 Awards honorees.
The Utah 100’s 26th annual event was held virtually on October 13th to honor UCI and other winners. The event recognizes Utah’s largest companies by revenue, 100 fastest growing businesses, as well as newer emerging enterprises. It is MountainWest Capital Network’s flagship event, with more than 1,000 business leaders in attendance every year. This year, companies were recognized from industries such as high tech, healthcare, financial services, among others.
Owner Shaun McMurry attributes UCI’s business success to a company-wide emphasis on a culture embracing the core values of trust, compassion and gratitude. With the whole team dialed in to core values, the UCI team is able to provide unforgettable experiences for clients, he says.

UCI opened its doors in 2007, in Las Vegas, with the Utah branch opening shortly after. The office has been a fast-growing and high-performing branch for years. UCI has also been listed in Inc Magazine’s Best Places to Work publication.
